Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets
Extrusion: Resin pellets melted and extruded through a flat die to form continuous sheet
Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions to enhance mechanical properties and clarity
Cooling: Film cooled using cooling roll and stored on take-up roll
Finishing: Surface treatments including corona discharge to improve printing quality and adhesion
