Manufacturing Process

Polymerization: Propylene monomers polymerized under pressure and high temperature
Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets melted and extruded through flat die
Orientation: Sheet stretched across machine and transverse directions
Cooling: Film cooled using cooling roll system
Finishing: Corona discharge treatment for improved printing and adhesion
