50μm Red Cast Polypropylene Film

Premium food-grade CPP red monochrome film designed for food, medical, and industrial packaging applications requiring ultra-thin gauge performance and vivid color retention.

Production Process

Manufactured using micro-precision co-extrusion casting technology with high-purity food-grade CPP resin. The process involves temperature-calibrated extrusion (160-180℃), homogeneous blending with UV-stable red masterbatch, and precision casting into 50μm ultra-thin base film. Final stages include constant-temperature cooling, corona surface activation, micro-edge trimming, and tension-controlled winding for defect-free rolls with ultra-low batch deviation (≤3%).
