Manufacturing Process

Polymerization: Propylene monomers are polymerized under pressure and high temperature to produce polypropylene resin pellets.
Extrusion: Polypropylene resin pellets are melted and extruded through a flat die to form a thin, continuous sheet.
Orientation: The extruded sheet is stretched across machine and transverse directions to enhance mechanical properties and clarity.
Cooling: The film is cooled using a cooling roll and stored on a take-up roll.
Finishing: Surface treatments including corona discharge improve printing quality and adhesion.
