PET anti-static coated film prevents static electricity buildup through conductive coatings on one or both sides, allowing charges to dissipate effectively. This improves handling, processing, and protection of sensitive components.
Available in transparent or translucent colors for general use, with additional colors including pink, blue, and yellow for identification and quality control purposes.
The coating process involves unwinding PET film and applying antistatic fluid using gravure, reverse gravure, Mayer rod, or air knife methods. The coated film then passes through a drying oven to remove solvents before being rewound. Process control ensures consistent coating thickness and product quality.
Note: Suitability for specific applications should be verified based on industry requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and available customization options.
