Phosphates: Compounds that react with metal surfaces to inhibit corrosion
Benzotriazoles: Organic molecules forming thin protective layers against corrosive ions

Manufacturing Process

Mixing: Plastic resins are blended according to desired film properties
Inhibitor Addition: Corrosion inhibitors are added based on metal type and protection requirements
Extrusion: Mixture is heated and extruded through a die to form continuous sheets
Cooling: Extruded film is solidified through air or water cooling
Finishing: Film is slit and wound into rolls of specified widths and lengths
