BOPP 70μm Film with Matte Effect
This biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film features excellent coating performance, superior dimensional stability, and outstanding printability. The matte finish reduces glossiness while enhancing texture and visual appeal.
Production Process
  • Selection and pretreatment of polypropylene resin through drying and filtration
  • Melting and extrusion into film followed by biaxial stretching for enhanced strength and toughness
  • Heat treatment to stabilize size and properties before cooling and winding into rolls
Strict control of process parameters including extrusion temperature, stretching speed, and heat setting ensures consistent product quality.
