Production Process Overview
  • Raw Material Selection: Careful selection and pretreatment of polypropylene resin to remove impurities and moisture
  • Extrusion: Melting and processing polypropylene resin to form film of desired thickness
  • Orientation: Biaxial stretching to improve strength and durability by orienting molecular chains
  • Heat Setting: Thermal treatment to stabilize size and properties for consistent quality
  • Cooling: Controlled cooling to appropriate temperature for proper handling and storage
  • Winding: Final winding into rolls for transportation and storage
