Production Process
Manufactured through advanced precision cast extrusion, this film uses high-purity LDPE resin uniformly blended with light-fast green masterbatch. The compound undergoes temperature-calibrated extrusion (175-195℃) through high-precision flat dies and rapid cooling on mirror-polished rollers, ensuring consistent 160μm gauge, smooth surface finish, and fade-resistant green coloration.
