Production Process
Manufactured via advanced precision cast extrusion technology using high-purity LDPE resin homogenously blended with high-concentration, light-fast brown masterbatch. The process ensures uniform color dispersion and long-lasting vividness through temperature-calibrated extrusion (170-190℃), precision flat die casting onto mirror-polished cooling rollers, and strict quality control including edge trimming, tension control, and static neutralization.
