This 50-micron black PET fluorosilicone coated release film offers excellent release properties with superior resistance to oils, solvents, and chemicals. The moderately thick, opaque variant provides durability and effective masking capabilities for demanding industrial applications.

Product Features

Fluorosilicone release film isolates and protects adhesive items such as silicone and PI tapes during production, storage, and transportation. The qualified film features a smooth, flat surface with uniform coating and no defects, making it ideal for high-temperature organic silicon pressure-sensitive tape composite mold cutting and punching.

This advanced fluoroplastic material offers excellent physical and mechanical properties with small thickness tolerance, low thermal shrinkage, good flexibility, and superior chemical, corrosion, wear, and impact resistance.
