80μm White Cast Polyethylene Film

This high-performance white CPE film delivers consistent quality and reliable performance. Available in custom widths with glossy or matte finish options, supplied as slit rolls. Ideal for flexible packaging, lamination, industrial applications, daily chemical products, and food packaging.

Production Process

The manufacturing process begins with high-grade PE resins blended with food-safe white masterbatch and functional additives. This mixture is melted, plasticized, and extruded through a precision cast die, then cooled by a chill roll for shaping. After slitting, winding, and rigorous quality inspections, the finished 80μm white CPE film is prepared for delivery.
