100μm Green CPE Base Film
High tensile strength, tear-resistant, puncture-resistant cast polyethylene film with smooth surface, excellent lamination compatibility, and optional anti-static properties for industrial packaging and surface protection applications.
Production Process
Precision cast extrusion process using high-grade LDPE resin homogeneously blended with light-fast green masterbatch. Melted at 170-190°C, extruded through high-precision flat die, and cast onto mirror-polished cooling rollers for controlled solidification. Strict thickness calibration, tension control, static neutralization, and precision edge trimming ensure consistent 100μm gauge with fade-resistant green color and blemish-free surface.
