Product Description
50μm Black CPE Base Film
High tensile strength, excellent tear resistance, smooth surface finish, lamination-compatible, optional anti-static treatment. Ideal for industrial packaging and surface protection applications.
Production Process
Manufactured through high-precision cast extrusion technology using high-purity LDPE resin uniformly mixed with light-fast black masterbatch. The material undergoes temperature-controlled extrusion (165-185℃), precision flat die casting onto mirror-polished cooling rollers, followed by edge trimming, tension control, and static neutralization to produce defect-free rolls with stable 50μm thickness.
