100μm Brown CPE Base Film

High tensile strength, tear-resistant brown cast polyethylene film with smooth surface, excellent lamination compatibility, and optional anti-static properties. Ideal for industrial packaging and surface protection applications.

Production Process

Manufactured using advanced precision cast extrusion technology, this 100μm brown CPE base film is produced from high-purity LDPE resin uniformly blended with light-fast brown masterbatch. The process ensures consistent color penetration and vividness without discoloration. Through temperature-regulated extrusion (170-190℃), precision casting, and controlled solidification, the film achieves stable 100μm gauge with smooth surface finish suitable for industrial processing.
