Production Process

Manufactured using advanced cast extrusion and precision embossing technology. High-purity CPP resin is melted in temperature-controlled extruders (160-180℃), then co-extruded with red and black masterbatches to create a dual-color base film with consistent 60μm thickness. The material undergoes precision embossing to achieve 25μm uniform emboss depth, followed by trimming, tension control, and winding into defect-free rolls.
