Production Process

Engineered with high-end co-extrusion casting and precision embossing craftsmanship. High-purity CPP resin is molten in a temperature-calibrated extruder (160-180℃), then co-extruded with red & black masterbatches to form a 90μm ultra-rigid dual-color base film (22μm red top layer/68μm black bottom layer). After precision cooling and shaping, it undergoes embossing under 100-110℃ & 0.2-0.3MPa for a uniform 25μm fine cloth grain finish, followed by high-power corona treatment, precision trimming and tight winding—ensuring zero-defect rolls with industrial-grade batch consistency.
